Delete your account

You can request deletion of your Vegaa Terminus account. Complete or cancel active deliveries first, or contact support for help.

In the mobile app

  1. Open the Vegaa Terminus app and log in
  2. Go to Profile (bottom tab)
  3. Tap Delete account
  4. Confirm when prompted

On the website

  1. Log in at vegaaterminus.com
  2. Open your Profile page
  3. Click Delete account
  4. Confirm when prompted

Deletion removes your login details, contact and payout information, chats, ratings, and tracking history. Payment records and redacted parcel references are retained for reconciliation. Your personal Google account is not deleted. Contact support for questions about retained records or identity-provider cleanup.
